Ms. Kelley obtained her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from West Virginia Wesleyan College and earned her master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Shepherd University. After teaching students with and without disabilities in Jefferson County Public Schools (WV) for 5 years, she transitioned to higher education. Ms. Kelley has worked in a variety of roles at colleges and universities in West Virginia, mainly working in the areas of recruiting, admission, advising, student support, and retention. She joined the Department of Special Education as a faculty member in 2018, where her focus will be on teaching undergraduate courses and providing program coordination and student support services.
